IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is illegal to sell alcohol to person under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person under 18 years old shall use your login to purchase alcohol products. Aged 18 or above (identification required) person must be present to take delivery at designated address or at Remfly Store. Otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between customer and us.

Order Notification

• Our website orders only accept purchase for delivery in Hong Kong/ Macau to a specified billing address or collection at a designated physical store located in Hong Kong/ Macau.
• Once your order successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.

 

Wine Bag Additional Service

If a customer requests a "Wine Bag" with their order, they may choose a Small Wine Bag (single bottle) for HKD $10 each or a Medium Wine Bag (two bottles) for HKD $15 each, with the corresponding fee payable in cash upon delivery.

Delivery Service

  • Each order can only be delivered to one shipping address. If you need to send to multiple different addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Enjoy free delivery service to a specified address for any purchase HK$1000 or above. Order below HK$1000, HK$100 delivery charge is needed.
  • Our delivery time slot is only available from 11am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, 11am to 1pm on Saturday, except Sunday and public holiday. If you wish to specify the time, an additional shipping fee of $350 will be required.
  • Delivery service is only applicable to locations in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, or the New Territories.
  • An additional charge $350 will be applied to delivery in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan (additional fee will be collected upon the delivery).
  • No delivery will be made to restricted areas (including Lantau Island), non-fixed addresses, hotels, warehouses (where registration is needed for entry), ferry terminals or Post Office Boxes & Post Boxes.
  • Once the order is confirmed, we shall confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery.
  • You are requested to examine the products immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/ or damages. Exchange or refund must be logged at the time of delivery on spot to your designated address, otherwise any damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
  • If you fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Remfly shall be final and conclusive.

Delivery Address Requirements and Additional Fees

The delivery address must have an unobstructed lift access directly from the building entrance to the customer's floor, and no steps should need to be climbed before or after the lift. Additionally, there must be a legal and safe temporary parking space available, such as a parking lot or metered space. Deliveries to village houses are only made to the entrance of the village parking area.

Special Circumstances Handling

If any of the following situations occur, including but not limited to:

  • The building has no lift
  • The lift is under maintenance
  • The size of the goods is too large to use the lift
  • The area below the address only has no-parking zones (e.g., double yellow lines)
  • Lack of any legal parking facilities that allow safe parking

All delivery services will automatically be changed to ground-level or downstairs delivery. If there is no parking space downstairs, delivery will occur at the nearest available parking location.

Additional Fees Explanation

If the customer still requests handling of the goods under the above circumstances, the following additional fees will apply:

Vehicle cannot directly reach the delivery location Handling distance exceeds 50 meters or takes more than 2 minutes HK$100
Stair handling All stairs are summed up, calculated per ten steps, per unit of each item HK$50 increment

The above additional fees will be collected on-site at the time of delivery. Please prepare cash for payment.
