伊拉苏凯红葡萄酒 2015（Errazuriz KAI 2015）是智利伊拉苏酒庄最具代表性的佳酿之一，亦是酒庄最精致的 Carmenere 作品。此酒源自阿空加瓜谷（Aconcagua Valley）MAX V 葡萄园的优质地块，距离太平洋约 60 公里，受地中海型气候影响，日照充足、夜间凉爽，让葡萄成熟度与酸度达到绝佳平衡。

KAI 2015 主要采用 95% Carmenere 及 5% Syrah 酿造，葡萄由人工采收，经双重拣选后以重力方式入槽发酵，并于法国橡木桶熟成 22 个月，其中 70% 为新桶。 2015 年份气候干爽温暖，造就健康的葡萄与成熟的单宁，使酒款展现出浓郁、结构分明且层次丰富的风格。

酒液呈迷人深紫红色，散发辛香调黑果与红果香气，并带有黑茶、矿物、白胡椒、甜椒、烟熏与烘焙咖啡豆等细致气息。入口后可感受到蓝莓、甜椒粉、黑胡椒与肉豆蔻风味，果味集中、酸度明亮、单宁细致柔滑，整体优雅而富有深度，亦具备良好的陈年潜力。

Errazuriz KAI 2015 is one of Viña Errázuriz’s most sophisticated wines and a flagship expression of Carmenere from the Aconcagua Valley. The grapes are selected from the best plots of the MAX V vineyard, located about 60 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean, where the Mediterranean climate brings warm days, cool evenings, and excellent ripening conditions.

Crafted from 95% Carmenere and 5% Syrah, the grapes are hand-harvested, double-sorted, and gravity-fed into stainless steel tanks. After fermentation and maceration, the wine is aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, 70% of them new. The 2015 vintage benefited from a warm, dry growing season, producing healthy vines, ripe fruit, and a wine of remarkable intensity, structure, and richness.

In the glass, KAI 2015 shows an attractive intense purple-red colour. The nose reveals spice-driven black and red fruit aromas, lifted by notes of black tea, graphite, pepper, paprika, roasted coffee beans, and subtle nutmeg. On the palate, it is concentrated, complex, and expressive, with fresh blueberry fruit, bright acidity, silky tannins, and a refined elegance that promises excellent ageing potential.
